When Two People Are Under The Influence Of The Most Violent , Most Insane, Most Delusive and Most Transient of Passions, They Are Required To Swear That They Will Remain In That Excited, Abnormal And Exausting Condition Continuously Until Death Do Them "Part".

JACK CAN'T SEE
There is something Jack can't see.
He knows there is something he can't see,
but he doesn't know what it is that he can't see,
But Jack can see Jill can see
That Jack can't see something.
Jack doesn't know
What he doesn't know
but he thinks
Jill knows whatever the something is which he doesn't know.

FAIL TO NOTICE
The range of what we think and do
Is limited by what we fail to notice
And because we fail to notice
That we fail to notice.
There is little we can do
To change
Until we notice
How failing to notice
Shapes our thoughts and deeds.
Is limited by what we fail to notice
And because we fail to notice
That we fail to notice.
There is little we can do
To change
Until we notice
How failing to notice
Shapes our thoughts and deeds.

ART OF LISTENING
Stop talking . You cannot listen if you are talking.Put the talker at ease.Remove distractions. See the situation from the other persons point of view.
Be patient. Go easy with argument and criticism. When you argue, even if you win, you lose. Ask questions to show interest and encourage response.
Listening requires two ears, one for meaning and one for feeling. Decision makers who do not listen have less information for making sound decsions.
Words are swords we use in our battle for success and happiness. How others react towords us depends in a large measure upon the words we speak to them. Life is a great whispering gallary that sends back echos of the words we send out. Our words are immortal too. They go marching through the years in the lives of all those with whom we come into contact.
